Description
The Sigma Euro-Comm Ltd HF360 is an end fed vertical antenna, with the capability to cover 80 meters to 10 meters with an ATU. It can be mounted at ground level or elevated depending on preference, and supports up to 1 KW PEP. The antenna also includes all necessary fixings and a comprehensive guide for its installation.
This antenna is a four-piece consisting of three fibreglass poles and one stainless steel tapered whip that feed into a SO-239 socket at the base. A 4:1 Unun transformer is housed in an IP65 weather sealed box, located near the bottom of the bracket section of the fibreglass elements. This transformer decreases impedance at the feed point, making it run more efficiently and permitting easy tuning with external or modern radio’s integrated ATU’s.
