While we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchases, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or refund an item. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Contacting Us

Before returning any items, you must contact our customer service team by using our Contact Us form for assistance and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To streamline the process, please provide as much detail as possible regarding the item and reason for return.

2. Return Period

You can return an item within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Condition

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all included accessories, and in the same condition as received. Any signs of misuse, damage not resulting from manufacturer defects, or missing parts will lead to the return being rejected.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or tampered with.
  • Software products.
  • Any product not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any initial shipping costs incurred by Unicom Radio will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our customer service team with your RMA number and details of the defect.

8. Price Adjustments

Given the nature of our quotation-based sales, we do not offer price adjustments post-purchase.

9. Final Decision

All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of Unicom Radio. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and refund cases.
